訂單追蹤
商品寄出後,我們會透過電郵通知客人。電郵中包括一組追蹤號碼。您可以進入DHL、聯邦快遞或順豐速運,追蹤訂單的最新狀態。
運送時間和運費
快遞運輸:
在星期一至星期五下午 18:00 之前(香港時間)下的訂單,將在1-2個工作日內處理,並將在正常工作日(香港時間星期一至星期五)發貨。
星期五晚上、星期六,星期日及公眾假期下的訂單將在下一個工作天早上處理。

退貨/換貨
如果您發現收到的產品有問題,請立即與我們聯繫,我們的客戶服務團隊將盡力為您解決問題。
在進行退貨步驟前,請務必先閱讀以下指引。如果您仍然希望退回您的產品,請在收貨後7天內與我們解釋退貨原因,發送電子郵件至cs@superxsports.com,我們會在收到相關產品後處理退貨。
在評估過後,我們會以電子郵件發送確認信,說明該物品是否適合退換,並安排到門市進行退貨。
我們將不會接受任何未事先聯繫我們的退貨包裹。
請注意:運輸和手續費不予退還。我們有可能拒絕任何運費到付的包裹,或者需要您再次為換貨的額外所需之運費付款。
請參考以下退貨/換貨的標準:
- 退貨和換貨的產品未有損壞。
- 退貨和換貨的產品必須處於全新/原始狀態,且所有標籤和包裝均完好無損。
- 退貨和換貨的過程可能需要 21 天。
- 無法進行現金退款。
- 僅接受換貨。
- 如有爭議,Super X保留最後決定權。
預訂產品的適用條件
預訂是你可以在計劃的零售上市之前提前訂購產品的過程由於預訂的性質,以下特定條件適用於預訂產品:
交貨。我們的目標是在預訂產品的零售上市日期之前配送,前提是我們已經在此日期前至少三個工作日收到你的付款。具體的配送時間取決於產品在我們倉庫中可獲得的時間,標準配送時間表將自預訂產品有庫存時起適用。該信息僅為預估,時間表無約束力。
付款。收到訂單後,你的付款將立即被扣除(或在銀行轉賬的情況下為盡快)。在收到付款之前,我們不會開始處理你的訂單。對於銀行轉賬情況,這可能意味著配送時間將晚於上段所述的時間。

我們控制之外的事件
我們控制之外的事件指超出我們合理控制的任何行為或事件,包括但不限於罷工,停工或其他協力廠商的工業行為,騷亂,暴動,入侵,恐怖襲擊或恐怖襲擊威脅,戰爭(無論宣佈或未宣佈)或戰爭威脅或戰爭準備,火災,爆炸,風暴,洪水,地震,沉降,流行病或其他自然災害,或公共或私營電信網絡的故障。

如果我們控制之外的事件影響我們向你交付產品,我們將在我們控制之外的事件結束後安排新的交付日期。如果發生我們控制之外的事件,並且你不再希望我們提供產品,你可以解除合同。你的解除權利請見上述取消條款。
其他重要條款
我們可以將我們在合同下的權利和義務轉讓給其他組織,但這不會影響你在本銷售條款下的權利或義務。
經我們書面同意,你才可以將你在本銷售條款下的權利或義務轉讓給他人。
拒絕收貨
如果您拒絕接收 www.superxsports.com 寄出的商品,您將要承擔原始運費、包裹上產生的任何進口費用,以及將包裹退回 www.superxsports.com 的費用,這筆費用將從您的商品退款中扣除。
收貨地址有誤

Free Shipping for purchase over HKD600. (Does not apply to sale/discounted items)
If you make a purchase that exceeds the threshold relevant to your delivery country, you will receive FREE ‘standard delivery’, or the option of discounted ‘express delivery’. Other conditions may also qualify you for free shipping. See the help section of the Website for threshold amounts and their corresponding discounted delivery rates.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all orders . For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in the DHL, FedEx, or S.F. Express website.
Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Express Shipping:
Order will be processed within 1-2 business days if orders placed before 18:00pm Monday to Friday (Hong Kong time). Goods will be dispatched on regular working days (Monday to Friday Hong Kong time).
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed on Next working day morning.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order first by visiting the "Order status" link at the top right of the Website.
If the status of your order is "Pending" or "On Hold" you may cancel your order by contacting our call center (see help section of the Website). Our consumer service agents will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out below.
RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.
REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS
Pre-order is the process by which you are able to order a product in advance of the scheduled retail launch. Due to the nature of pre ordering, the following specific conditions apply to pre-ordered products:
Delivery. Pre-ordered products are targeted to be delivered before the retail launch date, provided that we have received your payment at least 3 working days before such date. Concrete delivery times depend on the moment the product is available in our warehouse. Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available in our warehouse. This information is best estimates only, timelines are not binding.
Payment. Your payment will be deducted as soon as the order is received (or, in the event of bank transfer, as soon as possible). We will not start the execution of your order prior to having received payment. For bank transfers this may mean that delivery will be later than set out under the bullet point above.
Product launch date. The scheduled retail launch date (product launch) for your pre-order product can be found in the product description page on the Website.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale:
a)ou as soon as reasonably pWe will contact yossible to notify you; b)Our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
Where the Event Outside Our Control affects Our delivery of a product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. You may cancel the contract if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the products. Please see your cancellation rights under Cancellation above.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Sale.
If you refuse a shipment from www.superxsports.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to www.superxsports.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Incorrect delivery address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, he/she will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. www.superxsports.com is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by www.superxsports.com. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
Customs & Regulations
Customers should check local postal regulations for restricted items, as www.superxsports.com cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.
