Free shipping on all orders over HKD600. ( Free shipping is not available for special/discounted items. )
If you purchase a product that exceeds the free shipping threshold associated with your shipping country, you will receive free "standard shipping" or the right to choose a discounted "courier" if applicable. Meeting other conditions may also qualify you for free shipping. Please refer to the help page of this website for free shipping with full amount and its corresponding discounted shipping costs, if applicable.
Orders will be shipped using the following delivery services:

After the product is shipped, we will notify the customer by email. Include a tracking number in the email. You can go to DHL, FedEx or SF Express to track the latest status of your order.
Shipping time and shipping costs
Express shipping ：
Orders placed before 18:00 pm (HKT) Monday to Friday will be processed within 1-2 business days and will be shipped on normal business days (Monday to Friday HKT).
Orders placed on Friday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day morning.
Estimated shipping and shipping costs and transit times ：
– Free shipping on orders over HKD 600 (expected up to 1-2 working days)
– Orders less than HKD 600 will be charged HKD 30 (estimated within 1-2 working days)
China and Macau
HKD 150 shipping charge on all orders (estimated maximum 2-3 working days)

Freight collect (estimated up to 2-4 business days)

If you find a problem with the product you received, please contact us immediately and our customer service team will do their best to solve the problem for you.
Before proceeding with the return process, be sure to read the following guidelines. If you still wish to return your product, please explain the reason for return to us within 7 days of receipt, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process the return after receiving the relevant product.
After the assessment, we will email a confirmation that the item is suitable for return and arrange for the return to be made in store.
We will not accept any return packages that have not contacted us in advance.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We may refuse any freight collectiv packages or require you to pay again for additional shipping costs required for the exchange.
Please refer to the following return/exchange criteria:
- Products returned and exchanged are not damaged.
- Products returned and exchanged must be in new/original condition and all labels and packaging in perfect condition.
- The process of returning and exchanging goods can take up to 21 days.
- Cash refunds are not possible.
- Exchanges only.
- In case of dispute, Super X reserves the right of final decision.
Conditions of application for the booked product
Pre-order is the process by which you can order products in advance of a planned retail listing Due to the nature of pre-ordering, the following specific conditions apply to pre-order products:
delivery 。 We aim to ship pre-ordered products before their retail launch date, provided we have received your payment at least three business days prior to this date. The exact delivery time depends on when the product is available in our warehouse, and the standard delivery schedule will apply from the time the pre-ordered product is in stock. This information is an estimate only and the timetable is non-binding.
payment 。 Your payment will be debited immediately upon receipt of your order (or as soon as possible in the case of bank transfer). We will not begin processing your order until payment has been received. For bank transfers, this may mean that the delivery time will be later than the time described in the previous paragraph.
Product launch date 。 Please refer to Platform Tips for the planned retail launch date (Product Launch) of the pre-order product.
Events outside our control
An event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, lockouts or other industrial acts of a third party, riot, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or undeclared) or threat of war or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
If the occurrence of events beyond our control affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale:
a) we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible; b) Our obligations under general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance will be extended accordingly.
If an event beyond our control affects our delivery of products to you, we will schedule a new delivery date after the event beyond our control ends. You may rescind the contract if an event beyond our control occurs and you no longer want us to provide the product. Your cancellation rights can be found in the cancellation clause above.
Other important terms
We may assign our rights and obligations under the Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale.
You may assign your rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale to another person with our written consent.
Refusal of delivery
If you refuse to receive an item from www.superxsports.com , you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, any import costs incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to the www.superxsports.com, which will be deducted from your item refund.
The delivery address is incorrect
If the customer's delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the destination, and the product will eventually be returned to www.superxsports.com, and the cost of return and reshipment shall be borne by the customer. If you find that the delivery address provided by the post is incorrect after placing your order, please call +852 2735 9919 or +852 5128 9477 immediately.
Import taxes and duties
Please note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country, please check with the customs office of the destination concerned.
Payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and www.superxsports.com will not incur any costs.
For more details on fees, please contact your local customs office. In some cases, packages may be delayed due to customs clearance.
Customers should check for restricted items in local postal regulations, www.superxsports.com is not responsible for any items that are not accepted in that country.

A tracking number is provided for all orders . For an up-to-date status of your order, you can enter the tracking number that we have provided in the DHL, FedEx, or S.F. Express website.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLING ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders placed at our online store almost immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please check the status of your order first by visiting the "Order status" link at the top right of the Website.
If the status of your order is "Pending" or "On Hold" you may cancel your order by contacting our call center (see help section of the Website). Our consumer service agents will request a cancellation of your order at our warehouse. If successful, they will send you an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation is not possible, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out below.
RETURNING ORDERS AFTER DELIVERY – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them. This does not affect your statutory rights. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.
Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO PRE-ORDERED PRODUCTS
Pre-order is the process by which you are able to order a product in advance of the scheduled retail launch. Due to the nature of pre ordering, the following specific conditions apply to pre-ordered products:
Delivery. Pre-ordered products are targeted to be delivered before the retail launch date, provided that we have received your payment at least 3 working days before such date. Concrete delivery times depend on the moment the product is available in our warehouse. Standard delivery timelines will apply from the moment the pre-ordered product is available in our warehouse. This information is best estimates only, timelines are not binding.
Payment. Your payment will be deducted as soon as the order is received (or, in the event of bank transfer, as soon as possible). We will not start the execution of your order prior to having received payment. For bank transfers this may mean that delivery will be later than set out under the bullet point above.
Product launch date. The scheduled retail launch date (product launch) for your pre-order product can be found in the product description page on the Website.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale:
a)ou as soon as reasonably pWe will contact yossible to notify you; b)Our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.
Where the Event Outside Our Control affects Our delivery of a product to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. You may cancel the contract if an Event Outside Our Control takes place and you no longer wish us to provide the products. Please see your cancellation rights under Cancellation above.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Sale.
If you refuse a shipment from www.superxsports.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to www.superxsports.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Incorrect delivery address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, he/she will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. www.superxsports.com is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Import Taxes & Duties
Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by www.superxsports.com. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In some occasions packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.
